Designer Joanna Sykes has been appointed creative director for design label Aquascutum. Sykes is a British deigner that has worked for Giorgio Armani, Albertta Ferretti and Matches' Freda label, as well as having her own line.  Belinda Earle, chief executive of Aquascutum said, "Joanna has a fantastic eye for detail and cut and produces clothes we would all want to wear- a perfect fit for Aquascutum.  Check out Sykes own designs here.

Model Lara Stone got married to British star David Williams just a few nights ago.  She had two custom made dresses designed by Riccardo Tisci (Givenchy) for the event.  Her actual wedding dress was a white lace corset-style dress with gold trim and her after-party dress was a fitted metallic gold and belted mini dress.

Designer Karl Lagerfeld and Vanessa Paradis teamed up to do an Edie Sedgewick and Andy Warhol inspired photo shoot for the weekly French fashion newspaper Madame Figaro called Factory Story.  Here are some of the cool pictures.
