Beyonce looking fine out for dinner with Jay-Z for their 2 year wedding anniversary.  She wore a graphic t-shirt with tons of gold chains.  But, love how she matched her denim shorts to her peep-toe gold and denim tipped heels...then paired it with a Chanel jacket.  Fab!  

Chloë Sevigny rocked the black ankle sock trend with a pair of black oxford shoes at  at the release party for Derek Blasberg's "Classy" book in NYC.  The mini pattern dress makes this outfit super funky.
